Shipping Policy

Urban Sleeves ships locally and internationally. All our products are wrapped in eco-friendly packaging.

Dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, and over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.

Branded and custom orders depend on the quantity and specification. Please get in touch: team@urbansleeves.com

Local shipping (South Africa), door-to-door

Enjoy free shipping on orders above R500 within South Africa.

Standard orders are shipped by courier. For bulk orders, please get in touch and we will arrange shipping with you.

Delivery times:

• Johannesburg and Pretoria: 24–36 hours
• Cape Town and Durban: 48–72 hours
• Outer areas: 48–96 hours

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted in these delivery times.

To receive your parcel as soon as possible, please make sure your physical address and area code are entered correctly. Please also give us your email address and contact number, so we can send you a tracking number. Our checkout can save your details for your next order.

International shipping

Orders to international destinations may incur customs and duty charges on arrival in your country. These rates vary by country, and the courier or shipping company will charge them to you before delivering your parcel.

Couriers such as DHL and FedEx deliver to most countries within 7–10 days.
