When will you get your parcel? 

Standard product parcels below > 5kg 

Johannesburg and Pretoria 24- 36 hours 

Cape Town and Durban 48 - 72 hours 

Outer Areas: 48 - 96 hours 

Public Holidays, Sundays, and Saturdays are omitted. 

To receive your parcel as soon as possible, please ensure that your physical address and area code are correctly entered, and provide us with your email address and contact number so that we can provide you with a tracking number.

Our online checkout allows you to have your order above R 400.00 delivered at no charge within South Africa. 

The checkout will also enable you to save your information for your next order. 

International Shipping

Orders for international destinations may incur customs and duty charges upon arrival in your country. Customs and Duty rates vary from country to country. The relevant Courier/ Shipping Company will charge customs and duty rates to you before delivering your parcel. 

When will you get your parcel? 

Courier/ shipping Companies such as DHL and FedEx deliver to most countries within 7 - 10 days.
