Returns & Exchange Policy

Urban Sleeves takes excellent care to ensure our products are of the highest quality.

All our products are handmade and slight variations, and inconsistencies are possible.

Products made from recycled materials may have a slight color and shade variations, enhancing the style. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, please notify us within 8 days of receiving the article, and we will refund, replace or offer you an online store credit. Returns and Exchanges apply to deliveries in South Africa. 

For returns & exchanges, please get in touch with us via email at team@urbansleeves.com within 8 days of your delivery.

If day 8  has passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The product must also be in the original packaging. We will have our courier collect the product from you. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sales items may not be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and its condition. 

We will process your request for a refund if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days. Alternatively, we will exchange the product or use online store credit, depending on your request.

Returns or Exchanges for products delivered outside of South Africa can not be exchanged due to customs and duties.
