2. Sample Design

Once we've received your order and go-ahead, we'll prepare a digital mock-up or physical sample (depending on your deadlines) with your artwork and branding for approval before we begin production.

For bespoke or exclusive designs, we offer sample development (limited to qualifying bulk orders). These require more time and collaboration, and are not available for tight deadlines.

We'll guide you through the process to ensure your product is aligned with your brand and beautifully crafted. 

 

         3. Production & Delivery

Once you've approved the final design, we will begin manufacturing your order.

Our standard lead time is approximately 3 weeks, depending on the quantities required.

We offer door-to-door shipping solutions both locally and internationally, with free delivery within Johannesburg.
